Day One: Ballet Conditioning…
I hurt and my legs feel like jello.
I made it through the first 20 mins and then died the true death.
Was I really able to last hours doing this shit when I was younger: Yes!
Did i willing go to class for this shit: Yes
Should I have stayed my ass in it so that I wouldn’t be so out of shape now: YES!!!
