Ouchie Day 2
Ballet Conditioning continues and I must say I lasted longer tonight but dude this shit hurts like you could not comprehend.
My poor feet ache and my thighs are like GIRL cut that shit out, but apparently your body also stores the memories of doing this before so sooner or later it will remember this shit i use to put it through and not ache so bad.
Until then… Stretch, Stretch, stretch it out, is gonna be my gym-life/dance-life motto.
